Our quality control will exceed your expectations. We measure your new kitchen or bathroom onsite.
We manage the cutting, and collect your template in person, ensuring that the cut is perfect before accepting it.
We then handle the installation ourselves, ensuring the final product is as close to perfect as possible.

Stone Repair and Rejuvenation

If let go, cracks or chips in stone benchtops, cabinetry, or flooring can lead to larger, more expensive problems. Fortunately, Stone Wizard can often repair and reseal your stone with our repair and rejuvenation service, saving you money and stress.

With our mobile equipment, we can attend your residence or place of work, assess the job, and often repair the stone on site. This service offers minimal interruption and is far less expensive than removing the stone to send away for machining. Stone benchtops have a much longer life expectancy than laminate. But, even then, they may still need rejuvenating. This service involves intensive cleaning, resealing, and polishing.

Sealing and Cleaning

All natural and artificial stone is porous. So, to minimise damage to the stone, we seal it. This reduces the risk of liquid or air seeping into the stone. And it makes it much easier to clean. Though stone has longevity, occasionally, it will need a deep clean and resealing, particularly in wet areas.

The type of sealer used will depend on the stone and its purpose. The two types are:

  • Surface sealer (or topical)
  • Impregnating (penetrating)

Sealing and cleaning stone is not just for your kitchen, bathroom, or laundry counters. This service is also available for stone used on floors or porcelain panels used on walls. For high traffic areas, we recommend resealing your floor stone every 2 to 3 years. To find out more about our sealing and cleaning service, please contact us.

Stone Floors, Walls, and Showers

Elevate your home’s wet areas by installing porcelain or granite panelling in your bathroom or shower recess. The advantages of stone panels include:

  • Variety: by using a water cutter, we can shape your stone to match any design, which offers you a truly unique solution.
  • Clean lines: complete stone sheets mean fewer grouting lines for a nice, clean look.
  • Durability: granite is naturally harder, and when a sealant is added, it becomes even less prone to chips and cracks.
  • Less Maintenance: with a full sheet of porcelain or granite, simply wipe them over, and you’re done. No more trouble with mould in the grout.

The stone used in your wet areas can often be matched to your kitchen counters, which adds consistency through your home. Stone Wizard can manage every step of the stone panelling process, from quoting to installation. We also offer polishing, sealing and rejuvenation services if needed.
